Today I had Stott Brothers Electric come to my home for a problem with my Generac generator, which would stop running. I met service tech Shawn. I explained to Shawn the problem I was having with the generator. He is very nice and a good listener. He checked everything on the generator's electric system with positive results. It's been a long time since I had the oil changed on the generator. Shawn changed the oil and it's running well at this time. Shawn cleaned the outside and inside of the generator. He made it look like new. The price was reasonable. I highly recommend Stott Brothers Electric to work on my generator and electrical needs.

Had a generator box put on outside wall of my garage for easy generator usage and they also installed a surge protector in the panel that insures all my house items up to $100,000 for replacement if damaged. Worth the price. Everything was done professionally, and they made sure everything operated correctly and also made sure I felt comfortable hooking up the generator, would definitely recommend them!

The Job Was Completed to Spec
The actual work has not started yet. This is just in the preliminary stage; we're just past the estimate. They're very professional and Mike, whom they sent out, seems like a stand-up guy.
Update: The guys came out. They came to the door tools in hand; they were very respectful and courteous throughout. They walked the job with me before and after completion, made justified recommendations, and started work. They timely communicated any changes based on discoveries made. The job was completed to spec and they showed respect for my property. They left no trace of ever being here when done. 5 stars. I have some more work planned for them.
Update 7/24/23. Mike came out to change and upgrade my generator inlet and take notes for providing a proposal for an additional job. As usual, very pleasant and courteous. Thanks Mike, I will be in touch; you and the boys @ Stott Brothers rock.
