I called the company on Tuesday. The person I spoke with was very helpful and polite; she sent out Jason the next day for an estimate. I had no power at all. Jason spent over two hours explaining what the trouble was, gave me an estimate, and explained the financing. I agreed to the terms. He understood that this was an emergency—having no power, no hot water, no nothing. He made sure the job would get done as soon as possible. The next day, Jason and Shane showed up at 9:00 am. They did not stop working until 4:00 pm. Without their hard work and caring, and working for a company that puts the customer first, I would still be in the dark.
